You will shift your thoughts from „I can’t do it“ or „I I don’t know“ to „Damn, I can!“ and „Yes, I know.“

In the next step, we will look at where you stand right now, and what your current situation is. We will explore reality and your sources – what makes you feel safe, calm, strong, and confident. You might be worried that you don’t have the right tools. I will support you to make sure you do. First, remember, you are already damn good because you have got to this place and phase of life by yourself. Nobody else did the work for you! Secondly, with my help you will master self-growth tools to support your inner sage and silence your inner judge and saboteurs. You will gather the courage and trust and you will successfully move on. Don’t forget you will never be alone on this journey.

By now you know what you want and you believe you can achieve it. You are empowered to create your own reality. It’s time to explore the paths and means that will get you to your destination. You are probably worried that you’ve already tried everything and it’s been useless. You are right. The same means lead to the same results. That’s why we are going to do it differently this time! We will experience techniques and approaches that will awaken your creativity and discover new, inventive solutions. You will dive into what makes you shine and what has been hidden behind fear, anxiety, and procrastination until now. You will finally start acting on what you want because you’ve already got what it takes. Most importantly, you will act from a place of love, joy, and ease, not out of fear.
